Using Your Smartrider

SmartRider is the electronic ticketing system available to everyone who uses Transperth trains, buses or ferries.

Ballajura Community College has negotiated with the Public Transport Authority (PTA) to issue SmartRider cards (free for the initial card). 

This card also serves as our library card and can be used for school-related printing.

Need a replacement Smartrider?

If the SmartRider/Library card is damaged or lost, a new card can be ordered through at the Main Administration upon payment of $7.00 ($5.00 card fee and $2.00 Administration).

Bus Routes

The College is serviced by dedicated bus routes.  Please refer to the Journey Planner on the Transperth site Transperth JourneyPlanner to determine the best bus routes and times for your journey.

The free Transperth App can save your favourite journeys and places, provide live tracking, and includes in-app and push notifications of any disruptions.
